Comparing Doc Rev Versions During Collaboration Review

During document collaboration, the document compare feature can be used to determine the changes made and differences between the document being reviewed and the previous revision.

NOTE: The compare functionality is only available when a valid previous revision exists. There must be a previous revision in Released status. Previous versions in Aborted or Inworks status cannot be used for comparison.

From the collaboration window, expand the Sign-off section and click the Compare To Previous Revision link.
Result: The document is displayed. All differences are marked.
